Outstanding Achievement – Eva M (Year 10)

Eva has been successfully selected as a supported driver for the F1 Academy Discover Your Drive program, specifically competing in the brand new Champions of the Future Academy Program in the UK.

It’s such an incredible achievement for Eva following all her hard work and dedication to date. Securing a spot in the F1 Academy Discover Your Drive program is only something that three females globally get selected for to represent the UK in the Senior Category of which Eva just qualifies for as she is still only 14.

F1 Academy is an initiative spearheaded by Formula 1 to develop the next generation of female racing talent. Being selected for this program is a significant achievement; it is a global talent identification pathway that provides her with elite-level coaching, financial support, and professional mentorship.

Eva will be racing under the F1 Academy banner, representing a tiny percentage of young drivers worldwide chosen for this pathway. If Eva does well, she will be helped to Single Seater racing which is the next stage on her dream to be a Female F1 Champion.

One of Eva’s recent races included Cremona, Italy where she was placed 7th in the championship standings out of 128 entries. Even more impressive is it was her first time at the track, and she was one of the youngest drivers there. Only 3 were female and Eva was the only female to make the top 68. An outstanding achievement, well done and congratulations. We wish you the best of luck for your up-and-coming races.

We love to celebrate our students’ achievements both in and out of school. Please email us a photo and a brief summary if your child has any extra-curricular achievements you would like featured in the bulletin. Information should be sent to office@uffculmeschool.bep.ac
