Exams and Assessment
Below we have provided information about the arrangements for all formal exams and assessments. These are coordinated by the school’s Exams Officer.

Exam collection arrangements
If results are not collected on the day they will be emailed out to the pupil school email address from 2pm - 5pm on Thursday 20th August. (*see below if travelling abroad). We cannot send results to private / family email addresses.
Please note that results envelopes can only be collected by the candidate - not a family member or friend. If you do wish to collect the envelope on behalf of a candidate, then this must be by written prior arrangement with the exams officer. Please email sapiechat@uffculmeschool.bep.ac by Friday 17th July, if you wish to make these arrangements.
*Your school email address might be blocked abroad, so please inform sapiechat@uffculmeschool.bep.ac - stating country of visit, so we can enable your security settings.

No Study Leave
Once pupils have completed all exams for a specific subject, the lessons for this subject will become private study time to prepare for further exams.

Year 10 Mock Exams
Year 10 students will also sit summer mock exams. You can view the Y10 internal mock exams within the summer timetable
Year 9 - End of KS3 Assessments
Year 9 students will sit their end of KS3 assessments in English, Maths and Science during the summer exam period in June - see below (highlighted yellow)

If you require confirmation of your results and you left school in 2006 or later we may be able to provide a statement of results for you.

Please be aware that this service carries a £5 administration fee; if you require a formal letter, stamped and signed this carries a £10 fee.
