Christmas Craft Fair Stalls booking information

Dear Stall holder, 

Exciting news! Bookings are now being taken for the annual Craft Fair being held at Uffculme School.   

Please note: There is now a dedicated email address for all communication with Craft Fair Co-ordinators.  Please ONLY use this address: craftfair@uffculmeschool.bep.ac   

As in previous years, you may not bring your own table or display unit and we therefore offer the hire of school tables, at a maximum of 3 per stall. The cost and sizes for stall tables this year are detailed below:

School Table - 1200mmx600mm - Maximum x 3 - Cost per table - £25

Two chairs are provided for each stall, access to power points is limited so we ask that you do not request them unless you absolutely require them.  We would be very grateful if you do not pin or blue tack display items to the walls, however, you may bring freestanding boards for your display if needed. You may book a ‘space’ of the same dimension should you wish to bring a rail for your stock.

Important Fair Details 

Start time: 10.00am
Finish time:  4.00pm 
Stall set up time: 8.15am 
There is an option of setting up your stall the night before for a suggested donation of £5 - please indicate if you'd like to take advantage of this offer on the booking form linked below. 
Clearing time 4.00pm
We do request that stalls are not cleared away until 4.00pm to avoid disturbance to other stall holders and for health and safety requirements.  
School Closes:  5.00pm promptly
Advertising and Promotion: The fair is advertised by the PTFA in the School’s weekly Newsletter to over 1000 pupils and staff, in the local press, in local primary school bulletins and noticeboards, in Parish Newsletters, via Facebook/Twitter and posters are displayed in local villages leading up to the event. Banners and signposts erected on the day.
Refreshments are available throughout the day and you will receive a complimentary drinks voucher. Back by popular demand, bacon rolls will be available to buy on Saturday morning once you’re all set up.
Priority will be given to local stallholders and those who have attended before, however, we always look forward to welcoming new stall holders to our annual event. We are only taking bookings from craft stall holders and cannot accept food stalls this year.
Payment for your booking should be made by: 
BACS to: Uffculme School Association Sort Code: 20-85-26, Acct. No: 70125202 (please use your name and CF24 as your reference). 
Confirmation of your booking will be sent on receipt of payment however, we will not be able to provide pitch details until October when we have finalised numbers and layout
