Year 7 Reports and Online Progress Meetings
Year 7 Spring Reports were emailed to parents and carers last week and are also available on the Arbor Parent Portal. If you have not activated your Arbor account, please do so using the instructions on the school website at Arbor — Uffculme School
If you have not received your child’s report or are having problems activating your Arbor Parent Account, please contact Liz Mitchell at mitchelll@uffculmeschool.bep.ac.
The online booking system for the Year 7 Progress Meetings, which are on Tuesday 24 March from 4.15-6.30pm for the B Band (Tutor Groups 7 Dodd, 7 Harbour, 7 McGuigan and 7 Murray) and on Wednesday 1 April from 4.15-6.30pm for the R Band (Tutor Groups 7 Hanks, 7 Lane, 7 Legg and 7 Humphreys), is now open and parents and carers have been sent emails inviting them to book appointments. The booking system can be accessed either at https://uffculme.schoolcloud.co.uk/ or by clicking on the ‘Parents’ tab at the top of our homepage and selecting ‘Progress Meeting Bookings’. If you have any problems booking appointments with your child’s teachers, please contact Catheryn Cross, Pastoral Administrator, at the school or on crossc@uffculmeschool.bep.ac
AW26 Payment Reminder
All payments for activity choices are now available on ParentPay. A big thank you to those who have already started making payments — we really appreciate it.
A quick reminder that all balances, for both residential and day trip choices, need to be paid in full by Friday 8 May 2026. This helps us confirm tickets, organise transport, and make sure everything is booked on time with our suppliers.
Pupils who are eligible for Pupil Premium funding have already had the £50 contribution applied to their activity choices. Please do check ParentPay and see if there’s any remaining balance to settle before the deadline.

Keep US Moving - Minibus Fundraiser update
A huge thank you to our wonderful Uffculme School PTFA, who started our fundraising with a generous contribution of £2,500; getting us to 10% of our goal straight away!
We have received £3,012 from student sponsorship and parental donation - thank you to everyone who has contributed so generously.
We have been lucky enough to secure £10,500 from other donations, which brings our total so far to £16,012.
We are amazed at the generosity of the school and wider community. Every donation brings us closer to our goal!
